Electricity is always separate

We bill the actual charging cost on top of the handling fee, and we do not mark it up quietly. As an illustration only: 40 kWh at $0.40 per kWh is $16 before handling. That is not a quoted tariff and your real cost depends on your utility and your charger.

If we ever own the charging equipment, the price would be built from electricity, installation, equipment, maintenance, occupancy and demand charges. We will show that working when it applies.

Common questions

How is electricity billed?

Separately, always. Charging assistance is $5 a session plus the actual charging cost, or $99 a month plus cost for up to 26 sessions. As an illustration only, 40 kWh at $0.40 per kWh is $16 before handling. That is an illustration, not a quoted tariff.

Is a condition review a mechanical inspection?

No. A vehicle condition review is $39 a visit, or $69 a month for two, and it is photos plus a visible-condition checklist. It is not a mechanical certification and we do not present it as one.

Will you move my vehicle?

Authorized vehicle repositioning starts at $49 per local movement, and only when the vehicle is legally and safely movable by our team or an authorized partner. If it is not, we will say so.

What is the Complete Depot Care package?

26 cabin resets and 4 exterior washes at $699, reserved outdoor parking at a qualifying location at $249, up to 26 charging-assistance sessions at $99, and up to 2 hours of owner concierge at $149. That is $1,196 bought separately, offered at $1,149. It comes after month one.

What is never inside a package price?

Electricity, repairs, parts, deep details, incident cleanup, towing and mobile visits are billed separately. We would rather show you five lines than one line that hides four.
